Conditions: *Not valid for claims valued under $5,000. Premium RV Repairs must approve first and the repair quote must be approved and authorized to Premium RV Repairs. Excess payment is refunded to the vehicle owner once the claim has been completed and the invoice has been paid to Premium RV Repairs.
Let’s get organised
The caravan insurance repair process
- Call your insurer, lodge a claim and get a claim number
- Call Premium RV Repairs for an inspection appointment to check out the damage, take photos and the measurements for the repair estimate
- We complete the repair estimate and submit it directly to your insurer with all photo’s for approval
- Either you or Premium RV Repairs will receive approval and the insurance company will be in touch if an assessor needs to further inspect the damage. If Premium RV Repairs is notified, we’ll then contact you
- We order the required parts and depending on availability, we’ll make an appointment with you to repair the caravan. We aim to have most repairs completed within 5 – 10 working days from approval
- You pay Premium RV Repairs your excess upon our completion of the work and then we invoice your insurance company for the balance
